When buying a home, especially for first time home buyers, it is important to know that the home you’re considering doesn’t hold any surprises. Our home inspections will help uncover and identify underlying problems or issues.
Using today’s industry standards we will inspect the home top to bottom and inside out. Our picture documented reports are presented in a clear and detailed way for ease of understanding with summaries and recommendations.

Fees
Some homes need more than the standard looking at. Some issues don’t need a full home inspection but only specific areas of concern investigated.

Additional Services
We use a simple and standardized way of determining our fees for our home inspections.
Base rate is $350 for homes up 1000 sq. ft. and we charge an additional $50 in increments of 500 sq. ft. or less. Square footage of the home is determined by the listing.
Homes over the age 100 years have an additional $100 associated for them due to their character and hidden history.
